1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking driven individuals for our South Burlington, VT team. You will work in a collaborative environment, visiting customers' homes with a two-person crew, providing accurate estimates, and safely removing unwanted items.

The role emphasizes safety, personal growth, and community impact, with immediate start dates and paid training. Strong earning potential comes from a profit-sharing bonus and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required)
• Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Start with a vehicle inspection and a morning meeting
• Teams of two operate blue trucks to visit customers' homes and remove items
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to customers
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste facilities
• Maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day

Job description

We’re looking for driven, high-performing individuals to join our South Burlington, VT team. If you bring strong communication skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to inspire others, you’ll fit right in. A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling:

• We operate 7 days a week
• Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)
• Immediate start dates & paid training

Total Average Earnings: $24-$28/ hour
