1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking performance-driven individuals for Driver and General Labor roles in Marlboro Township, NJ. The job involves driving and assisting with junk removal, with customer-focused service and teamwork in a safety-conscious environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and a profit-sharing bonus based on jobs completed. Expect 8–12 hour shifts, opportunities for growth, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.

• 21+ years old for commercial truck insurance.
• Valid driver’s license (No CDL required).
• Clean driving history for 3 years (no points).
• Positive and friendly attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial vehicle at start of day and attend the morning meeting.
• Work in teams of two in shiny blue trucks to collect unwanted items from customers’ homes and properties.
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to customers.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste facilities when truck is full.
• Maintain communication with operations team to run efficiently.
• Feel good about helping the community.

What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling (We operate 7 days a week)
Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)
Immediate start dates & paid training
Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)
Total Average Earnings: $22 -$26/hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in the success of our team
