1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Berlin, NJ is hiring motivated individuals to join our team. You will work in a two-person crew, operate our blue trucks, and remove customers' items while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, immediate start dates, and paid training. Earn total average earnings of about $22–$27 per hour, plus a Profit Share bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for commercial truck insurance
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
• Have a clean driving history for 3 years (no points, suspensions, or violations)
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Start with a vehicle inspection and morning meeting
• Work in two-person teams in our blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and remove items
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to customers
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste facilities
• Maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day
• Contribute to the community and enjoy helping customers

What We Offer:

• Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week)
• Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)

Total Average Earnings: $22 - $27/hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
