1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Greensboro, NC is hiring associates to join the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service. You will work in pairs, visit customers’ homes, provide accurate estimates, and remove unwanted items with efficiency and care.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with 8–12 hour days, paid training, and a strong culture of safety and teamwork. Earn about $19-$23 per hour plus tips and performance-based bonuses, with opportunities for growth and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes with a two-person team in our blue trucks.
• Provide estimates/quotes and final pricing to customers.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste facilities.
• Maintain communication with operations team to run efficiently.

What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling: ( We operate 7 days a week)

• Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)

Total Average Earnings: $19-$23 per hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
