Honey Bucket Inc. is seeking a Driver – Portable Sanitation to join our employee-owned team. This role involves driving to sites, servicing portable restrooms, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across our fleet. You will work early shifts with opportunities for overtime and career development.

Expect 50% driving and 50% service duties, with a start rate of $28 per hour and $30 after one year based on performance. Comprehensive benefits and 401k with company match are provided.

Formación

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to travel for required training and have acceptable identification for travel.

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

We Offer

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $28.00/hour, $30.00/hour after 1 year (performance-based)
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Requirements

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

Training

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
