Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Driver for portable sanitation in California. The role blends driving with on-site service of portable restrooms and related equipment; full-time with overtime opportunities.

Expect 5:00 AM start, Monday–Friday, with some weekends; you may travel for training and operate in a safety-sensitive environment. Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus paid time off and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record & DOT compliance.
• Safety sensitive position – drug screening including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must read/write/speak English to communicate with the public and complete reports.
• Must travel for company-paid training and have acceptable identification for travel.

Responsibilities

• Pickup truck and supplies from yard.
• Service and clean portable restrooms (about 50% driving, 50% servicing).

Driver – Portable Sanitation

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

We Offer:

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $28.00/hour, $30.00/hour after 1 year (performance-based)
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

Training:

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
