Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Driver – Portable Sanitation in Washington. This full-time role combines driving and servicing portable restrooms, with a strong safety record and the ability to lift 50–150 pounds. Expect 10+ hour days and occasional weekends during peak seasons.

You will work in a physical, hands-on environment with union progression and on-the-job training, while contributing to a team that values reliability and service excellence.

Formación

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position – subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have/obtain TSA-accepted identification (REAL ID, passport, etc).

Driver – Portable Sanitation

A "Day in the Life":

Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:

• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

We Offer:

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Wage Progression - Hourly wages increase according to the following union progression:

1. Starting wage: $26.00 per hour
2. After 12 months: $27.00 per hour
3. After 18 months: $29.00 per hour — full scale

• Schedule: 5:00AM Start. Monday-Friday (some weekends)
• 100% Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental for you and your family.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

Training:

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
