Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking a Driver – Portable Sanitation in Washington state. You will split time between driving and servicing portable restrooms, maintaining quality standards, and communicating with dispatchers and customers.

The role offers full-time year-round work with overtime, 100% employer-paid health benefits for you and your family, paid time-off, a Teamsters Pension, and on-the-job training. Training sites include Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel (REAL ID, passport, or TSA-accepted ID).

Responsibilities

• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies.
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing).
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons.

Driver – Portable Sanitation

Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:

• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

We Offer:

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Wage Progression - Hourly wages increase according to the following union progression:

1. Starting wage: $26.00 per hour
2. After 12 months: $27.00 per hour
3. After 18 months: $29.00 per hour - full scale

• Schedule: 5:00AM Start. Monday-Friday (some weekends)
• 100% Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental for you and your family.
