Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Driver for portable sanitation in Utah. You will start with a 5:00 AM schedule, perform 70% servicing of restrooms and 30% driving, and work 10+ hour days with possible overtime and weekend shifts. Training is provided, and benefits include healthcare and retirement options.

Primary locations are Spanish Fork, with Salt Lake as a secondary site. A clean driving record, DOT readiness, and physical strength to lift 50–150 pounds are

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Driver – Portable Sanitation

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (30% driving, 70% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $23.50/hour, $27.50/hour after 1 year (performance-based)
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the following locations: Spanish Fork (primary) AND Salt Lake (Secondary).
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

Training:

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
