Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Driver – Portable Sanitation in Taylor, TX. This full-time role combines driving and on-site service of portable restrooms and hand-washing stations, with a typical 5:00 AM start and some weekend shifts.

You will lift 50–150 pounds, maintain safety standards, pass a DOT check, and communicate with dispatchers. Company-paid benefits, paid time off, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement support your career as you travel to trainings

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - subject to pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Lift 50–150 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and complete required records.

Responsibilities

• Drive and service portable restrooms and related equipment.
• 50% driving, 50% servicing; ensure timely yard pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate service.
• Work 10+ hour days with OT and possible weekend shifts.

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $23.00/hour
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the following locations: Taylor (Primary) AND Waco, Kingsland, San Antonio (Secondary).
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role

• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

Training

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
