Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking a Driver – Portable Sanitation in Taylor, TX. You’ll join an employee-owned company delivering portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing and storage solutions, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Expect 10+ hour days, 5:00 AM start, Monday–Friday with some weekends. Pay starts at $23/hour, with OT opportunities, employer-paid medical, vision and dental, paid time off and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Ability to read/speak English for public communication and reports.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Drive and service portable restrooms and related equipment.
• Pickup truck and supplies from yard and sites.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate visits.
• Perform servicing of units and maintain quality standards.
• Work 10+ hour days with OT and some weekends.
• Follow safety protocols and pass screenings as required.

Driver – Portable Sanitation

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the following locations: Taylor (Primary) AND Waco, Kingsland, San Antonio (Secondary).
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

Training:

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
