Job summary

Honey Bucket in San Antonio, TX seeks a Driver - Portable Sanitation to join our employee-owned team. You will drive and service portable restrooms, communicate with dispatchers and customers, and help maintain quality standards on every route.

Expect 10+ hour days, overtime and some weekend work; we offer employer-paid medical, vision and dental, PTO and 401k with company match, plus paid training at Honey Bucket University. Training: Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position – pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Must be able to travel for required training (company-paid).
• Training: one-week program at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA (Honey Bucket University).
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and complete reports.

Driver - Portable Sanitation

A 'Day in the Life'

Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:

• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (~50% driving, ~50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

• Full‑time, year‑round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $23.00/hour
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the following locations: San Antonio(primary) and Waco, Taylor, Kingsland (Secondary).

• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre‑employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company‑paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID‑compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA‑accepted identification.
• Training: Company‑paid one‑week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
