Job summary

Honey Bucket in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Driver – Portable Sanitation to operate efficiently and independently, ensuring high quality portable restroom services. You will drive to job sites, service units, and communicate with dispatchers and customers.

This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities, paid training at multiple locations, and a crew-focused environment. Company benefits include medical/dental coverage and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working from multiple locations: San Antonio (primary) and Waco, Taylor, Kingsland (secondary).
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record and pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position – subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50–150 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Pickup truck and supplies from yard and be ready for the day.
• Service and clean portable restrooms (about 50% driving, 50% servicing).
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate work.
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons.

Driver – Portable Sanitation

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

We Offer:

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $23.00/hour
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)
