Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking drivers for portable sanitation services. The role combines driving with restroom servicing, requiring physical stamina and customer communication. Training is provided, with paid health benefits and 401(k) matching.

Typical schedule starts at 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some weekends. Starting pay is $26/hr, rising to $30/hr after one year based on performance. Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental coverage are included.

• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position – pre-employment and random drug screening (THC).
• Lift 50–150 pounds repeatedly.

A "Day in the Life":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $26.00/hour, $30.00/hour after 1 year (performance-based)
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)
