1-800-GOT-JUNK? is wiring a fall hiring drive for Driver / Customer Service / General Labor roles in California. The position blends driving with customer service, sales, and hands-on work, offering paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Driving a company truck between customer locations.
• Creating a friendly and professional experience for every customer.
• Evaluating what needs to be removed and explaining service/pricing options.

• Moving and loading furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Handling items weighing 75+ lbs safely throughout the shift.

Our Truck Team Members combine driving, customer service, sales, and hands-on work into one role. Each day brings different customers, locations, and challenges.

• $30–$39+/hr average earnings with hourly pay, tips, and performance incentives
