1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking outgoing individuals for Driver / Sales & Customer Service in Modesto. You will drive company trucks, assess removal needs, present estimates, and convert inquiries into finished jobs.

We welcome applicants from various backgrounds. The role blends driving, sales, and hands-on work with customer service, training, and opportunities for growth. No CDL required and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Current California driver's license
• Clean driving history for 3+ years
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and load items weighing 75+ lbs
• Comfortable driving for periods over 45 minutes
• Availability to work full shifts averaging 6–9 hours
• Open availability to meet scheduling needs
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Willingness to learn pricing, sales techniques, and safe truck operations
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Working smartphone capable of running multiple company applications

Responsibilities

Driver / Sales & Customer Service - No CDL Required

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for outgoing, hardworking individuals to join our growing team serving the Modesto and Tracy communities!We're not your typical hauling company. Our team combines driving, sales, customer service, and physical work to help homeowners and businesses clear out unwanted items.

A Role With Variety and Responsibility:

• Build rapport with customers, evaluate their removal needs, present clear estimates, and help turn appointments into completed jobs.
• Operate our company trucks, including Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR vehicles, after completing company training. Navigate local routes safely while traveling between residential and commercial properties.
• Partner with another team member to remove, carry, and load furniture, appliances, household belongings, and other unwanted materials.
• Help reduce landfill waste by identifying items that can be recycled, donated, or otherwise diverted.
• Represent our company professionally on the road and participate in local marketing efforts to introduce more customers to our services.

• Current California driver's license
• Clean driving history for at least the previous 3 years
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and load items weighing 75+ lbs
• Comfortable driving for periods exceeding 45 minutes
• Availability to work full shifts averaging 6-9 hours
