Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking motivated individuals to join our Truck Team. Youll travel between appointments in a branded truck, provide upfront estimates, and help close jobs with strong customer service.

This full- and part-time role in California offers weekly pay, paid hands-on training, and opportunities to grow within the company. Candidates must be 21+, hold a California driver’s license, and be able to lift 75+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Clean driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and teamwork.
• Reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
• Smartphone capable of downloading company apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, upfront estimates for our service.
• Use strong communication to turn appointments into completed jobs.
• Safely remove and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Perform physical work, including lifting 75+ lbs.
• Set aside usable items for donation and recyclable materials when possible.
• Communicate with your team and operations throughout the route.
