Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Silicon Valley Team is seeking Truck Team Members to join a fast-paced summer crew. You’ll work with a teammate in a branded truck to help customers reclaim space by removing unwanted items from homes and businesses.

You’ll lift up to 75+ lbs, communicate professionally, and sort items for donation and recycling to reduce landfill waste. This role emphasizes active, hands-on work with paths for growth in customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid California driver’s license
• Clean driving record over the past 3 years
• A positive, happy to help attitude
• Willingness to work hard and stay active
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Dependable and open to learning
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps

Responsibilities

• Go out with a teammate in a branded company truck
• Visit homes and businesses to help customers remove unwanted items
• Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with every customer
• Lift and move items 75+ lbs safely and efficiently
• Sort items for donation and recycling to reduce landfill waste
• Work closely with the operations manager to keep routes running smoothly
