Community Services Group is seeking a part-time Driver in Pottsville, PA to transport individuals to appointments and programs. Shifts include mornings and afternoons, with one Saturday per month as needed. The role requires driving a 15-passenger van and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a passenger van.
• Willingness to comply with random drug testing.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle operations and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services in a 15-passenger van between residences, program sites and employment locations.
• Follow safety and regulatory procedures during vehicle operation and passenger transitions.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean and safe.
• Support individuals with care and respect for their rights and dignity.
• Model the five trauma-informed care principles: safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness and empowerment.
• Promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Driver reports directly to the Transportation Supervisor.This position will provide transportation services for CSG’s Schuylkill County Adult Mental Health Clubhouse Rehabilitation Program. Program is located in Pottsville, PA- Schedule: PT (16 - 20 hrs./wk.).- Monday to Friday Split Shift with Morning & Afternoon Hours.- Typical hours can be between 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM with additional hours one Saturday per month.
