Job summary

Heritage Cooperative in Kenton, OH is seeking a dependable Driver for full-time work. You will deliver bulk products to customer sites, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and comply with safety regulations.

A Class A CDL, DOT medical certificate, and a clean driving record are required. You must be able to work extended hours and weekends, handle loading and unloading, and communicate customer needs to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Superior Customer Service.
• Load and unload product for delivery following weight guidelines set forth by the vehicle type.
• Maintain necessary truck and delivery logs.
• Operate receiving systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to receive product and unload trucks.
• Fulfill orders in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Deliver bulk products to customer sites while following compliance of state and federal regulations.
• Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers.
• Conduct required pre and post trip inspections.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmentally sound condition.
