Job summary

The Delaney of Bridgewater is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team. This part-time role transports residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips, and may assist with housekeeping duties as required.

Benefits include 401k with employer match, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and other employee rewards. Schedule is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am–5pm, with a pay rate of $17/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required

Responsibilities

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Schedule: Part-time / Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary: $17/hour
