CLEAResult is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in Energy Efficiency! You will drive to residential homes and pick up refrigerators for recycling. The position requires physical labor, including lifting heavy items and working outdoors in various climates.

Successful candidates will be at least 21 years old, have a valid Driver's License, and be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. Join us in making our communities more sustainable.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about the Energy Efficiency industry.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• DOT Medical Card required (can assist if needed).

Responsibilities

• Drive the truck to residential homes to pick up refrigerators for recycling.
• Work schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Lifting heavy refrigerators using dollies or team lifts.
• Work in various climates and conditions.

Job Description

Start your new career in Energy Efficiency with CLEAResult! We're looking for motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join a career-focused company and start working in the Energy Efficiency industry.

Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas.

What you'll be doing...

You will be driving our truck to residential homes and will be picking up refrigerators that need to be recycled. You can expect your work schedule to be from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Physical Nature of the Job

Lifting heavy refrigerators using dollies, team lifts, or other methods

Work in all climates

Bending, crouching, kneeling

Type of Work

Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)

Ability to pivot work hours; elongated schedules may be required at times
