Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an entry-level Commercial Energy Auditor to join our team in the Shreveport, LA area. You will meet with commercial and industrial owners to install energy efficiency measures, perform audits, and gather data within a defined territory.

You will travel daily in the field (Company Vehicle Provided) and participate in on-the-job training. This role involves light physical work and direct customer interaction with a focus on program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct entry-level commercial energy audits for small and mid-sized facilities.
• Travel daily throughout a defined territory; company vehicle provided.
• Engage directly with customers and contractors to explain program offerings and address questions.
• Document inspections, installations, and interactions in accordance with program requirements.
• Perform on-site installation of energy efficiency measures and use basic tools.
• Identify and escalate basic technical or installation issues to program staff.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… to join our team as an entry level Commercial Energy Auditor! You will be in a customer-facing role meeting with commercial and industrial business owners and operators to install energy efficiency measures, conduct energy efficiency audits, pre- and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory.

Successful candidates will reside in or around Shreveport Louisiana; including as far east as Monroe, LA for frequent travel within the territory.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalation basic technical or installation issues to program staff as needed

Type of Work

• Primary work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM Central Time (may vary depending on customer and site-specific requirement)
• This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers
• This is an entry level manual labor position with provided on-the-job training

Driving

• Are at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$18.80 - $28.30
