Job summary

CLEAResult in Lexington, KY is seeking a Driver to support our Appliance Recycling program. You will operate a 26-ft box truck to service multiple locations daily, delivering and removing large appliances.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, customer-focused, and flexible with scheduling, including occasional overnight travel; a valid driver\'s license and DOT medical card are required. Must reside within a reasonable commute to Lexington.

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.
• DOT medical card (assistance available at offer stage if needed).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Lexington.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to multiple customer locations daily.
• Work as part of a team to deliver and move large appliances using dollies, team lifts or other safe methods.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including extended days and occasional overnight travel (up to once per month).
• Perform physical job tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
• Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Driver to support our Appliance Recycling program.

In this role, you will operate a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations each day, working closely with a team to safely deliver and remove large appliances. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer‑oriented, and flexible with scheduling, including occasional extended days and overnight travel. This position requires working in a variety of environments and weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service. Successful candidates will reside in Lexington, Kentucky.

Targeted Compensation Range $20-$22/h

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre‑employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.

DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
