Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience, preferably QSR.
• Ability to work 5 days with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices; basic labor law awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, and coaches crew and management staff.
• Directs daily drive-in restaurant operations to meet standards.
• Prepares work schedules and adjusts staffing to demand.
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies within cost controls.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve sales and guest satisfaction.
