Stine, LLC is seeking a Drive Thru Supervisor in Sulphur, LA to lead all Drive Thru personnel and safeguard store assets, including inventory, equipment and buildings.

You will train, lead and motivate staff, exercise independent judgment, and maintain company standards while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. Building materials knowledge is preferred to support operations.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in building industry or management.

Job Summary:

The Drive Thru Supervisor is a position of management with supervision and responsibility over all Drive Thru personnel and company’s assets in the Drive Thru area, such as inventory, equipment and buildings. This individual must exhibit leadership and independent judgment in managing, training and motivating Drive Thru personnel and upholding the company’s standards and mission. It also requires the ability to interact and communicate well with customers, all store personnel, and management. Knowledge of building materials is necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Must have a high school education or equivalent.
2. Training and Experience: A minimum of one year experience in the building industry or management position.
3. Job Knowledge: Should have knowledge of building industry and managing people.
4. Physical Demands: Work requires much physical effort; involves little sitting, standing, walking and some heavy lifting on a regular basis. Works in a non-air-conditioned environment. (Important: This job is classified in the physical demands section of the job description [Form IV-31] as constant heavy work and occasional extra heavy work.)
