Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily drive-in operations and support the General Manager. You will train and coach staff, ensure quality food service, and uphold clean, safe, and efficient operations to deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of restaurant management or 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task.
• Maintain SONIC appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running drive-in operations.
• Train and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost levels; perform inventory.
• Handle opening and/or closing duties and related admin tasks.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly address complaints.
