Job summary

MobileComm Professionals, Inc is seeking a DT Engineer to conduct 4G LTE and 5G NR drive testing and network validation in the New York area. You will collect data using TEMS Investigation and Accuver XCAL, then analyze RF KPIs to ensure optimal performance and coverage.

You will collaborate with RF optimization teams to identify and troubleshoot coverage gaps, interference, and handover issues, and you will prepare reports detailing KPI findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in analyzing RF KPI metrics and validating network performance.

• DT Engineer perform 4G LTE and 5G NR drive testing, cluster testing, and network acceptance testing.
• Use TEMS Investigation, Accuver XCAL, or similar tools for data collection and network performance validation.
• Analyze RF KPIs, including RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput, call drops, and handover success rates.
• Perform VoLTE, VoNR, voice call, data throughput, and mobility testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot coverage gaps, interference, poor throughput, and handover failures.
• Perform log post-processing using TEMS Discovery, XCAL-M, Actix Analyzer, or equivalent tools.
• Prepare drive test reports, KPI summaries, and collaborate with RF optimization teams to resolve network issues.
