Job summary

Integer Telecom Services Inc is expanding and actively hiring Drive Test Engineers for immediate contract opportunities supporting LTE and 5G network performance, optimization, and deployment across multiple U.S. markets.

You will conduct drive testing, RF data collection, and network verification using TEMS, Nemo, and QXDM, analyze KPIs like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, and work with RF optimization teams to close coverage gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of RF drive testing, field engineering, or wireless network optimization.
• Experience with TEMS, Nemo, or QXDM RF data collection tools.
• LTE and 5G network knowledge.
• Willingness to travel frequently within designated U.S. markets.
• Legal work eligibility in the United States with immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured drive testing across LTE and 5G markets.
• Operate RF test tools TEMS, Nemo, QXDM.
• Monitor KPIs: RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, data throughput, and call drop rates.
• Identify coverage anomalies and pilot pollution, and report issues.
• Collaborate with RF optimization engineers, design teams, and project managers.
• Maintain calibration and configuration of mobile test kits and GPS hardware.
• Adhere to project schedules and travel requirements.
