Job summary

The role requires an associate degree in electronics (or equivalent experience) and ECAP level 3, with hands-on tool proficiency and familiarity with SAP. This on-site position supports the Motion Service in the US.

Qualifications

  • Requires an associate degree in electronics and two years related experience; or high school diploma and four years of related electrical experience.
  • Pass ECAP level 3.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Review and plan daily work assignments, prioritizing customer products in for repair; coordinate with Team Lead for scheduling and expediting repair orders.
  • Process Repair work orders, both customer repair orders and production orders.
  • Troubleshoot repair of standard drive units, subassemblies and circuit boards; perform testing and burn-in as needed for cost-effective problem resolution.
  • Research BOMs, ECNs, or other documents to identify required parts for drive/component repair.
  • Complete Material Requisitions or contact Inventory Planner for parts.
  • Maintain all required paperwork, records, and failure analysis reports.
