Job summary

Sonic is seeking a Shift Manager/Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will train and mentor staff, supervise shifts, and ensure quality food service in a clean, safe environment. You will manage staffing, inventory, and customer service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on leadership and teamwork to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in restaurant or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant and manage daily operations.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling and cost controls.
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously.
