Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision is required.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Prepare employee schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Develop action plans to address unfavorable trends in sales or finances.
