Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor, health and safety laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and manage staff.
• Oversee staff compensation per company guidelines.
• Supervise drive-in operations to ensure great guest experiences.
• Handle opening/closing duties and guest concerns.
• Forecast and manage food, labor, and inventory.
• Lead team meetings and maintain recordkeeping.
• Develop local marketing and business plans.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and vendor performance.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
