Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, coaches crew and drivers to meet standards.
• Directs staffing and ensures food service meets operational standards.
• Prepares schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Completes payroll and employment records.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
