Job summary

SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in daily drive-in operations, training staff, and ensuring safe, clean, and efficient service. You will help maintain quality food and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications include prior restaurant management experience, strong communication and math skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also assist with inventory and administrative duties to support restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year entry level retail management experience.
• Strong communication, math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure service standards.
• Direct and assign staff to meet all parts of food service and operational standards.
• Assist in maintaining opening/closing procedures and staffing levels.
