Boston Medical Center Health System is seeking a Director of Annual Giving & Community Giving Initiatives to drive revenue growth for entry-level donors and lead a team focused on annual giving and community programs. You will oversee strategy, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize donor engagement and outcomes.

The role reports to the Senior Director in Major Gifts & Individual Giving and requires proven leadership, fundraising expertise, and a track record of meeting

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 10-12 years fundraising experience, of which at least 5 years must be management experience.
• Experience leveraging technology to creatively identify prospects, retain and upgrade donors, steward gifts, and inform future investments in program growth
• Experience partnering with clinical/programmatic and other internal leaders

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy to grow entry-level giving and community programs, including direct marketing, digital engagement, and peer-to-peer acquisition.
• Manage minimum of $4M in philanthropic revenue annually across giving initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and revenue targets; drive donor acquisition, retention, participation, and upgrades.
• Direct, mentor, and empower Annual Giving & Community Giving Initiatives team members.
• Collaborate with Operations and Research to optimize donor experience and engagement.
• Oversee budgets, ROI of investments, and deployment of new technologies for annual/community giving.
• Partner with Events to support signature events and donor engagement activities.
• Evaluate strategies using data to inform decisions and direction.
• Support new sites (BMC-Brighton, BMC-South) with best practices in annual/community giving
