Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Professional, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration with related technical experience.
• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Collaborative approach with area leaders, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing.
• Active participation in HDR’s employee‑owned culture is mandatory.
• Commitment to quality, improvement, and HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Drinking Water Business Class and manage staff performance, recruitment, and morale.
• Plan and execute multi‑discipline projects and lead client development.
• Ensure profitability, budget compliance, and allocate resources appropriately.
• Maintain QA/QC and project reporting standards.
• Collaborate with area operations, marketing, and project management on business class initiatives.
• Engage in industry conferences and partner associations.
