Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC seeks an HSE Advisor to coordinate with regional teams, promote a risk-based safety culture, and lead audits across drilling operations. You will coach staff, implement training plans, and ensure data-driven HSE performance reporting.

The role requires working in office and outdoor environments, with potential for extended schedules, including nights and weekends as needed for safety obligations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years in an HSE role and at least 1 year in the drilling industry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Vehicle Use Policy.
• Four years in an HSE role with at least 1 year in drilling.
• Understanding of drilling processes, equipment and systems.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Three years in oil and gas with regulatory knowledge and HSE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with HSE Regional Manager and team for best practices.
• Promote risk-based HSE management across operations.
• Provide HSE support, coaching and training at all levels.
• Plan and participate in HSE audits/reviews of drilling operations.
• Support achievement of HSE objectives and performance measures.
• Lead initiatives for safety culture and employee engagement
• Review and develop HSE training plans and involve visiting trainers
• Ensure data collection, storage, analysis and reporting of HSE metrics
• Participate in risk management activities, audits and HSE meetings
• Complete monthly HSE reports and drilling operation reviews
