Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to communicate directions and expectations to rig crew and third parties.
• Able to climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces.
• Experience with running drilling operations and rig systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling activities and monitor rig employees and third parties.
• Provide leadership to delegate tasks and develop rig crew.
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Communicate with Rig Manager, Company Man, and Directional Driller as necessary.
• Support other crew members and ensure safety procedures are followed.
