Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year HSE or 2 years rig-based experience for Advisor I.
• 2 years HSE experience and 1 year drilling experience for Advisor II.
• 4 years HSE experience with at least 1 year in drilling for Sr HSE Advisor II.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years in the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HSE Regional Manager and team to ensure best practices and consistency in HSE responsibilities.
• Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management using company policies and processes.
• Provide HSE support, coaching and training at all levels, promoting a 24/7 safety culture.
• Plan and participate in HSE audits/reviews of drilling operations to ensure compliance.
• Support the implementation and achievement of HSE objectives during drilling activities.
• Lead initiatives to promote visible management commitment and employee engagement in HSE.
