Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HSE Regional Manager and team to ensure best practices and consistent HSE approach.
• Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management across all drilling activities.
• Provide HSE support, coaching, and training at all levels to promote 24/7 safety culture.
• Plan and participate in HSE audits/reviews to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
• Support achievement of HSE objectives and performance measures during drilling operations.
• Lead initiatives to promote visible management commitment and employee engagement in HSE.
