Job summary

Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC is seeking an HSE Advisor to support and enhance safety practices across drilling operations. The role includes coaching, training, and promoting a 24/7 safety culture among all workers on site.

The position requires strong knowledge of HSE auditing, incident investigation, and risk management, with proficiency in MS Office and regulatory understanding. On-site work in demanding environments is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 2+ years in HSE or drilling-based role preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and comply with Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HSE Regional Manager to ensure best practices and consistency in HSE responsibilities.
• Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management using Company policies and processes.
• Provide HSE support, coaching and training at all levels and promote a 24/7 safety culture.
• Plan and participate in HSE audits/reviews of drilling operations and related areas for compliance.
• Support implementation and achievement of HSE objectives during drilling activities.
• Lead initiatives to promote visible management commitment and employee engagement in HSE.
