Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC is seeking an HSE Advisor to coordinate safety programs across drilling operations. The role emphasizes risk-based management, training delivery, and hands-on auditing to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will coach teams, support incident investigations, and help maintain a 24/7 safety culture while coordinating with regional HSE leadership and site supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in an HSE role or 1 year in rig-based role.
• Valid state driver's license and driving policy compliance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with HSE Regional Manager to ensure consistent best practices.
• Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management across operations.
• Provide HSE support, coaching and training at all levels.
• Plan and participate in HSE audits of drilling operations.
• Lead initiatives to promote safety culture and worker engagement.
• Review and support HSE training plans and facilitate trainers.
