Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection, preparation, and maintenance of drilling fluids across all rigs.
• Coordinate with rig teams and vendors to optimize fluid systems and respond to operational needs.
• Control costs by optimizing formulations and reducing waste while preserving quality.
• Conduct regular audits of drilling fluid systems to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all drilling fluid operations.
• Provide timely reports on fluid performance, costs, and issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with procurement on vendor bids to meet quality, cost, and compliance standards.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative, safety‑mocused culture within the fluids team.
