About the Role

This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of drilling operations by managing and optimizing drilling fluid systems. You will be responsible for the formulation, testing, and application of drilling fluids to meet the specific geological challenges encountered during exploration and production in the oil and gas sector . This position requires a blend of technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding, field-oriented environment, often with a hybrid work model that balances on-site requirements with off-site analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities
