Range Resources Corporation is seeking a Drilling Fluids Supervisor to lead the fluids program across our drilling operations. The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and cost-effective fluid management for multiple rigs, with a 12-hour shift pattern and a 14-on/14-off rotation.

You will monitor fluid properties, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor rig staff on handling fluids. Strong emphasis on leadership, cost control, and continuous improvement in drilling fluid performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. with 10+ years' experience in drilling oil and gas wells.
• BS in Engineering Discipline with 5+ years' experience in drilling oil and gas wells.
• Well Control Certificate required to operate in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling fluids management across all rigs and ensure proper selection, preparation, and maintenance of fluids.
• Monitor and adjust drilling fluid properties in real time to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate with rig teams and provide guidance/training on handling drilling fluids.
• Act as liaison between drilling operations and vendors supplying drilling fluid materials.
• Collaborate with engineering to design well systems with optimal fluid components.
• Manage drilling fluid costs by optimizing formulations and reducing waste.
