Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.

• Manage paperwork from contract through closing including financial documents, designs, and construction meetings.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Finance qualify prospects and consult with lending institutions to complete the sales process.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance communication and workflows.
