Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a Sales Counselor in Dayton to guide home buyers from first contact to closing. You will prospect, present, and close deals while educating customers about master-crafted floor plans and the build process.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/business background, strong communication, and comfort with AI-powered tools to enhance the client experience. Weekend work with two weekdays off is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, listening, and closing skills.
• Comfort with technology and AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.
• Lead the customer through the sales process from initial contact to contract.
• Manage paperwork from contract through closing including designs and construction meetings.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Qualify prospects financially and coordinate with lenders to complete the sale.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve communication and workflows.
