Job summary

Fischer Homes in Raleigh is seeking a Sales Counselor to work one-on-one with home buyers as they search and purchase a home from our master-crafted floor plans. You will guide customers through the build process, educate them, and set clear expectations for the experience.

This role emphasizes prospecting, presenting, listening, and closing, with weekends required and two weekdays off. You will leverage technology and AI-powered tools to enhance communication and deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.
• Lead the customer through the sales process from initial contact to contract.
• Sets proper expectations and manages customers’ process and paperwork from initial contract through closing including all financial documentation, designs, and construction meeting.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
• Financially qualify prospects and consult with lending institutions to complete the sales process.
• Effectively leverage company-approved technologies, including AI-assisted recording tools, to enhance communication quality, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall customer experience.
