Fischer Homes in Raleigh is seeking a Sales Counselor to work one on one with home buyers as they explore master‑crafted floor plans and move toward contract. You will guide customers through the build journey, educate them on options, and set clear expectations to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to closing.

The role emphasizes prospecting, presenting, listening, and closing, with a persuasive communication style, comfort with change and technology, and willingness to work weekends

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect, present to, listen to, and close home buyers.
• Strong persuasive communication to obtain customer buy-in.
• Capable of navigating change, pressure, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.
• Lead the customer through the sales process from initial contact to contract by understanding and selling to their needs.
• Set proper expectations and manage customers’ process and paperwork from initial contract through closing including all financial documentation, designs, and construction meeting.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
• Financially qualify prospects and consult with lending institutions to complete the sales process.
• Effectively leverage company‑approved technologies, including AI‑assisted recording tools, to enhance communication quality, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall customer experience.
